Please Note: We’re thrilled to announce that after an exciting transformation, Energize Fitness & Leisure will reopen April 3rd 2026 for hotel guest and will reopen on April 4th for members with fully refreshed and upgraded leisure facilities for our guests to enjoy. From state of the art Technogym gym equipment to an upgraded pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, there’s plenty to look forward to!

In the meantime, alternative facilities have been arranged—please contact our Reception team for details.

Energize Fitness & Leisure has been fully upgraded to provide modern, high-quality facilities for fitness, swimming, and relaxation. Every area has been carefully redesigned to create a welcoming and enjoyable environment for members of all ages and abilities.

PLEASE NOTE:

  • Lane swim bookings are advised to be made in advance, no more than 1 week prior to arrival.
  • Please call Energize Fitness & Leisure on 01 433 8877 to book your preferred time to use our facilities.
  • Energize Fitness & Leisure is used by Hotel Guests and club members. Guests using the swimming pool must wear a swimming hat, these can be purchased for €4.00 from the Energizes reception if you do not have one with you.
  • Steam Room, Sauna and Hot Tub are over 18’s only.
  • Gym access is  Adults only. To ensure that you enjoy our facilities safely, we have limited the number of guests that can use the swimming pool and gym at any one time.
