Please Note: We’re thrilled to announce that after an exciting transformation, Energize Fitness & Leisure will reopen April 3rd 2026 for hotel guest and will reopen on April 4th for members with fully refreshed and upgraded leisure facilities for our guests to enjoy. From state of the art Technogym gym equipment to an upgraded pool, sauna, steam room and hot tub, there’s plenty to look forward to!

WELCOME TO ENERGIZE FITNESS & LEISURE

Energize Fitness & Leisure has been fully updated to provide modern, high-quality facilities for fitness, swimming, and relaxation.

The upgraded facilities will feature:

An 18-metre heated swimming pool
A brand-new gym floor equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment
Completely upgraded changing rooms
Enhanced sauna, steam room, and hot tub

Pool swimming lane bookings still must be made the day prior to arrival. Please call Energize Fitness & Leisure on +01 433 8877 to book your preferred time to use our facilities.

Children’s swimming pool access hours may be subject to change during school holidays.

Energize Fitness & Leisure is used by Hotel Guests and club members. Guests using the swimming pool must wear a swimming hat, these can be purchased for €4.00 from the Energizes reception if you do not have one with you.

Energize members are reminded to bring their own towels when using the facilities. Hotel guests will be provided with towels.

Monday to Friday: 6am – 9.30pm (pool closes at 9pm) | Weekends & Bank Holidays: 8am – 7.30pm (pool closes at 7pm)

Children Pool Hours

Monday – Friday: 9am – 12pm and 2pm – 7pm | Weekends & Bank Holidays: 9am – 7pm
