East Restaurant at The Spencer Hotel offers a tantalising Asian Fusion menu. Our talented Head Chef blends modern culinary techniques with vibrant flavours drawn from Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, China, and Japan, creating a true celebration of Pan-Asian cuisine.

Whether you’re visiting for a leisurely lunch or dinner, our Thai Red Curry- a rich, aromatic blend of coconut milk, lemongrass, and kaffir lime, perfectly complimented with your choice of either chicken, beef or prawns and a hint of chilli – is a must have.
